Restore collision-damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition. Experienced body tech or looking for a long-term home to grow, you'll work with modern equipment, a steady flow of work, manufacturer support, and a team that values quality craftsmanship. We run modern unibody, aluminum, and high-strength steel, and every repair is backed by our lifetime warranty.
What you'll do
- Repair body panels, frames, and structural components
- Metal work, panel replacement, sanding, grinding, and body filler
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed for repairs
- Make sure every repair meets manufacturer and safety standards
- Work with estimators and painters to keep repairs on schedule
What we look for
- Prior collision or dealership body-tech experience preferred
- I-CAR certification a plus, or we'll put you on the path to earn it
- Comfort with frame machines, measuring systems, and body tools
- Your own basic set of body tools and a valid driver's license
Flat-rate or hourly depending on your experience.
Start your collision career with us. You'll learn hands-on repair alongside experienced techs while we provide the tools, mentorship, and training to grow into a body technician. No experience required, just a strong interest and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Assist techs with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Learn sanding, masking, panel prep, and minor repairs
- Learn to use body-shop tools and equipment the right way
- Move and stage vehicles for repair and delivery
- Take part in manufacturer and in-house training programs
What we look for
- Strong interest in collision repair and eagerness to learn
- Previous automotive or shop experience is a plus, not required
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable attendance
- Able to lift, bend, and stand with tools throughout the day
- Valid driver's license
This is how a lot of our techs got their start, and it's on the I-CAR certification path.
Prep, spray, and color-match in a modern downdraft booth with computerized color matching. Experienced painter or growing into refinish, this is where craftsmanship and attention to detail get noticed. Steady volume from our DRP insurance network keeps the booth busy.
What you'll do
- Wash, sand, mask, prime, and prep panels for refinishing
- Mix primers and lay color and clear for a clean, durable finish
- Blend repairs so the work disappears into the factory finish
- Inspect panels for imperfections before and after paint
- Handle paint materials safely per shop and OSHA standards
What we look for
- PPG or BASF training preferred
- Experience with sanding, masking, priming, and surface prep
- Strong eye for detail and color
- Valid driver's license
We also hire paint preppers. Same booth, a real entry point into refinish.
Write estimates, manage the claim, and keep customers and adjusters in the loop from drop-off to delivery. This is the seat that keeps the shop moving and the customer confident.
What you'll do
- Write accurate estimates and negotiate supplements with insurers
- Manage DRP claims for our insurance partners
- Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
- Coordinate between the front office, techs, and parts
- Own the customer experience from first call to keys back
What we look for
- CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex experience helps
- Insurance-claim or collision front-office background a real plus
- Strong communication and organization
- Valid driver's license
Source the right parts and keep them moving so techs never wait. You'll work with our DRP insurers and dealer parts departments every day.
What you'll do
- Source OEM and aftermarket parts for active repairs
- Negotiate and process supplements
- Receive, verify, and stage parts to the right job
- Manage returns, cores, and inventory accuracy
- Keep techs supplied so repairs stay on schedule
What we look for
- Parts, collision, or dealership experience preferred
- Fast and accurate on the phone and in the system
- Organized, with good vendor relationships
- Valid driver's license
The last set of hands before the keys go back. You make finished repairs look better than the day they came in, and you set the impression the customer drives away with.
What you'll do
- Wash, buff, and detail vehicles after repair
- Clean interiors and remove any shop residue or overspray
- Prep vehicles for customer delivery and photos
- Move and stage vehicles around the shop
- Keep the delivery area clean and organized
